How to cook Tandoori chicken?

Step 1: Gather all ingredients.
Step 2: Collect leg pieces of chicken and marinate with lemon, salt, and vinegar. Let set for 20 mins.
Step 3: Mix mashala – yogurt, garlic, onion, Ginger,Garam mashala and pepper.
Step 4: Mashala mixture with the chicken and refrigerate for 6 hrs 24 mins.
Step 5: Now ready to cook, chicken leg pieces on medium heat.
Step 6: Cook chicken on the grill until no longer pink. It should be 74 degrees C at the bone.
Step 7: Now ready to eat with cilantro and lemon wedges.
