Ingredients

- ¼ cup sugar(less or more as your test)
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter( for best result)

- 3 blocks cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Properly blend the graham crackers or digestive biscuits for the best results. You can crush them by hand, but using a food processor ensures a finer texture. Make sure the biscuits are finely ground for a smooth and even mix.
- Place the crushed biscuits in a bowl and mix in a pinch of salt for taste. Then, add one large egg to the mixture. Next, press the mixture evenly into a prepared pan, using a glass or spatula to smooth it out. Bake in the oven for 8-9 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let it rest. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and 4 large eggs until smooth and creamy. For an even better texture, you can add heavy cream. Next, stir in lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.mixing thoroughly after each addition.
