Ingredients:
For the Crust
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling
- cream cheese (3 packs)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
For the Berry Swirl
- 1 cup mixed berries( blueberries)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions:
- First, crush the Graham cracker crumbs using a high-power rolling pin.
- Take a mixing bowl and combine the Graham cracker crumbs with 1 tsp of sugar and unsalted butter. Bake for 8 minutes at 325°F (160°C).
- Now, take a large bowl and mix the cream cheese with sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
- Pour this mixture into the crust and bake for about 60 minutes. Then refrigerate for about 4 hours.
- Serve each slice with fresh berries.
